Junior Collection Account Manager

Position Available

No previous experience is required for this position. As a Junior Collection Account Manager you will receive full training to manage your own portfolio of collection accounts – reporting to the designated Operations Manager, you will receive new collection accounts daily and will locate, contact and motivate debtors to pay outstanding bank loans, credit cards, telephone or utility bills, medical or other accounts as required. This is a Salary PLUS commission, performance driven position – we offer full training, benefits and incentive programs to all our Collection Account Managers. Salary range is from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour based on previous work experience.

Senior Collection Account Manager

Position Available

A minimum of 1 year previous collection experience (in Canada), as a licensed collection agent is required for this position. As a Senior Collection Account Manager you are responsible for managing your own portfolio of collection accounts – reporting to the designated Operations Manager, you will receive new collection accounts daily and will locate, contact and motivate debtors to pay outstanding bank loans, credit cards, telephone or utility bills, medical or other accounts as required. This is a Salary PLUS commission, performance driven position – we offer full training, benefits and incentive programs to all our Collection Account Managers. Salary range is from $15.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour based on experience and previous performance.

Legal Collection Account Manager

Position Available

A minimum of 2 years experience is required, working in the collection industry in Canada. Applicants must have a complete understanding of the Canadian legal system in multiple jurisdictions across Canada. As a Legal Account Manager you are responsible for managing your own portfolio of collection accounts at varying stages of the legal process – reporting to the designated Operations Manager, you will receive new collection accounts daily and will determine if legal action is warranted, and contact debtors to make a final demand for payment prior to initiating legal action. These accounts may include outstanding bank loans, credit cards, telephone or utility bills, medical or other accounts as required. In addition to managing the legal process through small claims court, including preparation of legal documents, filing, and execution of judgements – you will be responsible for managing the communication between general CSI and its clients as relates to on-going legal matters. In certain cases, you will coordinate legal matters with our national and international network of legal partners including law firms, and process servers when required. This is a Salary PLUS commission, performance driven position – we offer full training, benefits and incentive programs to all our Collection Account Managers. Salary range is from $17.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour based on experience and previous performance.
