General CSI is a privately held company providing complete accounts receivable management solutions, licensed to collect in all Canadian provinces, and territories.
Founded in 2002 as a joint venture, General CSI has rapidly expanded through a series of mergers and acquisitions. Our oldest legacy company has been in continuous operation since 1971. In 2005 General CSI joined Global Credit Solutions Ltd (GCS-Global) to become the world's largest collection agency network, with more branch offices operating in more countries than any other organization.
At home or across the globe our primary business goal is to continue to develop our client base through service excellence and superior results.
General CSI is an accredited member of a number of valuable trade organizations including the Better Business Bureau, International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC), Receivables Management Association (RMA), Credit Association of Greater Toronto (CAGT) and many other industry specific associations.
