COVID-19 - Business Unusual - A note to the companies that rely on our services...

Through the combined efforts of our team, we have been able to successfully maintain the delivery of all our services. We have deployed secure remote workforce technology that allows our team to operate within the security envelope of our data center while maintaining responsible business practices outside of our facilities.


We understand the heightened importance of recovering your funds and we recognize that it is critically important now for every business to closely manage their accounts receivable to ensure long term financial viability - we do not take this responsibility lightly. Through a customer-centric approach to the collection of past due accounts, we will continue to be here for you, and maintain the relationships that allow us to facilitate your payments. 


We have a sustainable and detailed plan to manage through the Pandemic and beyond as our economy looks to reopen and many of our clients look for ways to re-engineer their businesses for the new-normal. We are no different – we will adapt and continue to invest in new technologies that allow better interaction with customers, deploy additional touchless payment technology, schedule variable shifts for critical onsite staff, allow more remote work force engagement, and ensure enhanced sanitizing and physical distancing at all our facilities.
