We are here to help you resolve your outstanding accounts quickly so that the long-term consequences of non-payment are minimized. Unpaid collection items can seriously affect your credit - after a short "grace period" we report all unpaid collections to the credit bureau - so be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

It is our intention to get you back on track financially, and we may have suggestions that you can use to get your bills paid on time.

On-Line Banking

Payments may be made through On-line or Telephone banking through all major Canadian banks, and most credit unions.

Please select "General Credit Services Inc." in your banking software, and use your PCS Debt Number as the account number.

These payments will automatically post to your account the next business day.

Mail Your Payment

When mailing your payments, be sure that payments over $500 are delivered in certified funds (i.e.: certified cheque or money order) - this will prevent delays in crediting your account. Wherever possible, a copy of our collection letter or a conditional release should be included in the envelope and the PCS Debt Number should appear on the memo-line of the cheque.
